Meal Preparation
I’m going back to Winnipeg for a week this week so I decided to make a video showing you all what I eat when I’m on the road. All these meals are high protein vegan meals as I am a professional athlete and need to workout and maintain when I travel. I like to meal prep when I’m traveling because it’s healthier than eating out at every meal especially when you don’t have access to a kitchen.
