There seems to be a new fitness and health and wellness plan that pops up every day. Are you looking for vegan gains or vegan recipes? Today I’m going to discussing everything you need to know about plant-based diets and meal prep: from plant-based meaning, plant-based food, plant-based vs vegan, plant-based protein, and more. Plant-based or plant-forward eating patterns focus on foods primarily from plants. This includes not only fruits and vegetables, but also nuts, seeds, oils, whole grains, legumes, and beans. It doesn’t mean that you are vegetarian or vegan and never eat meat or dairy. Research has even suggest that a plant-strong diet can combat chronic diseases and dramatically heal your health. However, plant-based diets have raised some concerns over the years such as: How do you prevent deficiencies on a vegan diet? Is plant-based the same as vegan?
